1. Create your account
Set up your platform workspace:
- Sign up on CatalogBuilderApp with your corporate email or via Google OAuth.
- Confirm your email address to activate your dashboard.
- Access your centralized account where you can manage organizations, products, and publications.

2. Select a template
Choose your visual foundation in Step 1 of the Wizard:
- Template Gallery: In the sidebar, navigate to Catalogs and click Create Catalog. Browse available pre-designed styles with a real-time template counter.
- Built-in Search: Filter templates by name or aesthetic style (minimalist, commercial, wholesale, boutique, or industrial).
- Visual Selection: Click any template card to select it and enable the next step.

3. Enter your catalog details
Configure the cover, style, and branding in Step 2 of the Wizard:
- Catalog Type:
- Premium Catalog: Up to 100 products, high-definition (HD) rendering, and no watermarks.
- Free Catalog: Up to 5 products, perfect for quick testing without using plan slots.
- Catalog Title: Required headline that names and brands your publication.
- Cover Image Dropzone: Drag and drop your high-resolution cover image. Preview or replace it at any time.
- Slogan & Content: Add an optional brand tagline and introductory description for the cover.
- Live Shadow DOM Preview: The interactive preview pane on the right immediately reflects your title, fonts, colors, and cover photo in real time.

4. Select or import your products
Assign your merchandise and define visual hierarchy in Step 3 of the Wizard:
- Inventory Tab (Direct Selection):
- Use real-time search and pagination to select products already in your system.
- Select products individually or use bulk toggle to include your entire list.
- Visual Priority & Layout Levels:
- 1st Level (Featured / 1st): Full-page hero layout spotlighting flagship products.
- 2nd Level (Premium / 2nd): 2 products per page with prominent imagery and detailed specs.
- 3rd Level (Standard Grid / 3rd): Compact 6-product grid layout for general inventory.
- Import File Tab (Excel / CSV):
- Download the official sample template in
.xlsxor.csvformat. - Drag and drop your data file; the system automatically detects headers and sample rows.
- Column Mapper: Map your file columns (Title, SKU, Price, Category, Description, Image URL).
- Set the default layout priority for imported products and confirm mapping.

5. Share your catalog as a flipbook via link or QR, or even as a PDF
Publish and distribute your completed catalog across multiple formats and channels:
- Interactive 3D Flipbook: Click Generate Flipbook to create a responsive digital publication with realistic page-turning animations, zoom, and mobile adaptation.
- Share via Public Link or QR Code: Copy your unique shareable URL or generate a QR code for printed flyers, business cards, email campaigns, or WhatsApp chats without requiring app downloads.
- Download as PDF: Generate a high-resolution, print-ready vector PDF for commercial printing or email attachments.
- Track Analytics: Monitor reader views, unique visitors, and engagement metrics from Flipbooks > Views.
